TIFFLib: now with WebP import
Adjustments layer dialog, Histogram: The histogram was not updated when a script changed another layer like the active one.
Setting the ruler origin: The dialog now displays the appropriate help.
Ruler: now has references to help
Lens correction, placeholder: If a lens correction is applied to a placeholder as a dynamic filter, the correct EXIF data is now used.
OpenPano for panorama generation - first test version
- 1bit image export problems: solved! Thanks so much!!! I was able to finish the job I was working on.
- ctrl-x on vector objects no longer crashes PL. Super handy that we can just cut stuff from vector objects this way now.
- deleting hundreds of layers is now almost instantaneous!
The Stitch function doesn't work, however? I try loading multiple panorama images, but nothing seems to happen.

I am so happy! THANK YOU! It already happened twice today, and made me smile.
1) draw a vector circle or ellipse
2) convert to placeholder layer
3) add pixelize live filter
Result: while the effect is applied, the edges look wrong with pixels being cut off and the original vector circle is still visible in the background at the edges.
Expected result: the entire vector is converted to a low-res pixellated graphic, including the edges, and pixels are not cut off.
PS I noticed a similar rendering issue also happens with other effects, such as the Swirl: parts of the original vector graphic is still visible in the background.
P.S.: I guess, this error relates to the one, Herbert123 noticed.
The stitch function works, but not with every image stack. If it doesn't work, there is simply no result (no message or something).
Since the preview for the first image in the stack preview seams to be overwritten by a preview for the panorama you can see very fast, if it is working or not.

Confirmed, layer effect and live filters no longer save settings. My observed issue with the rendering of certain effects and vector objects is a different problem, however.
Maybe you are right, Herbert123, since not all effects seams to be affected by the error you reported.
I educed my suspicion from the behavior, that, if in the background the source layer remains (happens also with layer mode replace), a kind of recalculation with reset values in the background might be the reason.

PIxelize filter bug:

These are two problems:
1. Pixelize doesn't edit the alpha channel. I will change that.
2. New Dynamic Filter layers get the blend mode "Normal" which doesn't turn off the placeholder. This has the advantage that you can adjust the intensity of the dynamic layer and the original will shine through. You can set the Dynamic Filter's blend mode to "Replace" to fix that.
If it is considered beneficial, I could create new Dynamic Filter layers with "Replace" mode.

They do save the settings, otherwise saved and reloaded document would look different which they don't IMO.
But on editing an existing filter or effect the dialogs will quite often display wrong values I will fix that.

Ah, I overlooked that replace option! Thanks.
Not sure what would be best in regards to replace being the default setting or not. I tend to apply filters to replace the original for the most part, but I think many others (photographers) would prefer the current behaviour.

Monitorbild sieht bei mir auch so aus. Bisher nur mit *.jpg getestet, Ergebnis gut. Es gehen aber wohl nur einreihige Panoramen .
