Carrying Adjustments Forward

After editing an image, I would like to save my adjustments and apply them to others coming forward.
Is there a simple way to do this in PhotoLine?

You could record an Action and apply it to all further pictures.
IIrc, there's also a way to do that for mass production from the file browser.

Or you can work with adjustment layers and copy them to the next picture.
