[Idea]: Brush Absolute and Relative sizes

This is an essential feature that will be very useful for all photo editors: Brush Absolute and Relative Sizes. It can be implemented as a toggle within the Brush Editor panel. It essentially means the Brush maintains the size maintains the aspect ratio relative to the zoom levels. If it is set to absolute, then the brush remains the original size no matter how deeply zoomed in. This behaviour is what presently exists in PL and most other tools. But relative brushes are such a wonderful timesaver! Hopefully, they should not be extremely hard to implement. Thank you!
