Look in the Tool Box for the Remove Brush. Sits with Healing Brush, Patch Tool and Red Eye.

Yes, Remove Brush Tool is near same as Content Aware spot brush in Ps. There is also "Remove Object" button in Lasso Tool Settings. But don't expect miracles from these tools. Those tools are not so smart as modern AI tools and can't generate complex scenes. They are mostly useful for small dots and scratches. Also in many situations PhotoLine Remove Brush work worse than even old versions of Ps. For example they can't normally remove long scratches on variable backgrounds.

Yes don't get too ambitious. A fence post or powerline is ok. But do it in small sections.
