Something has gone seriously wrong with my installation of PL... Please help.

This morning I woke up to discover that I cannot open PL at all. As soon as it opens, it shuts down immediately. So I tried a number of troubleshooting steps:

1. Uninstalled it completely, including registries and app data - did not fix it.
2. Updated drivers - did not fix it.
3. Scanned for corrupted system files - no problems found.
4. Reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables - did not fix it.
5. Created a new windows account and opened via the second account - did not fix it.

I am actively working on a project with deliverables on Tuesday. Please help as soon as you can.

Try to add UserSettings folder like this. This will override any system settings in AppData if they exist.

Tried that too. Unfortunately, none of that worked. So Gerhard sent me a application file to replace. It did the trick, but it means I lost all my shortcuts, customisations, palettes, patterns! So upset. I have no idea what happened!

shortcuts, customisations, palettes, patterns settings are located in %appdata%/PhotoLine/ So if you don't empty trash permanently, you can try recover everything from that folder at least PhotoLine.xml file which consists settings and hotkeys.

Unfortunately, I used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall it. Which meant all the app data was completely wiped off.
