Are you using a PC or a Mac?
Your info says, the font is not installed. Is this correct? Can you currently work with the font in other programs?

hey there i am on the PC and its loaded (not installed in /windows/fonts) from a font manager.

it has problems with some combo's involving "i" eg. "is" or "in" makes everything turn invisible.

It would probably best to email an example file and the font file to the customer support. I have no idea what could be happening there.
