Scale Doc/Layer Defaults - Can I Edit Them?

Is there a file in the defaults folder that I can edit to add many more default scaling options? From the "Percent" drop down options I frequently have need to re-scale to 33%, 67%, 125%, 150%, etc. And for pixel sizes it would be nice if there were Normal Scaling drop-down menus for frequently used values of 240, 360, 480, 600, 640, 800, 1000, etc., user editable vertical and horizontal values. But I have to manually type them in every time. It can get tedious.

Hmm... I just found out that the program's Options for "Usage", "Zoom Fix" are applied to the Scaling percentage dialog. Okay, I can change them, but there's not enough options there. I could use at least 20 presets if this was going to be useful. Come to think of it, the huge zooming steps PhotoLine uses for its +/- buttons have always been really inadequate. I use the mouse-wheel or the little resizable preview box in the Page Map, View Palette, instead to override those presets.

While I'm at it, when I click on the View buttons for "Full Width" or "Full View" it always takes the top left corner of whatever window position as the new default for the "Full Width" or "Full View" options. Enlarging the image to somewhere other than the furthest top-left corner of my work area, not maximizing it to the work area. Shouldn't those buttons automatically shift the working window into the very top-left? I find my self having to manually move them there to get the maximum working view of my image every time.
