Colour Management check please

I am a complete newbie (first day) to Photoline and, so far, am mostly very impressed. I want to use it primarily for photo editing. My workflow is as follows on a Windows 7 64 bit machine with callibrated monitor, photoline 64 and a number of printers but by far the most used for photo printing is a HP B9180.

Import raw files from Canon 5D Mkii
Process in Bibble 5 for basics - white balance, basic curves, import sharpening (No layers or anything like that)
Export from Bibble as 16 bit TIFFS with color space Kodak Prophoto RGB
Import into Photoline (Am currently using Picture Window Pro which has outstanding colour management but lacks some things I want)
Edit (masks, layers, local contrast, etc, etc to get good printable picture)
Print on HP B9180 using a wide variety of papers for each of which I have a decent profile.
Finish!

I have set my colour management options thus:
Camera - none
Screen - HP2475.... (My profile made using a hardware colorimeter)
Printer - Assign the paper profile each time before I print e.g. HP ProB9180 Ilford Gold Fibre Silk profile
Proof - same as printer if I want soft proofing
Rendering Intent - Perceptual

I set the printer to use application managed colours

In Colour Management Standard I set RGB to Kodak Prophoto RGB and leave the others as default ( I presume that Photoline picks up the embedded profile - I also want any new documents created to be in Prophoto for multi-picture layouts, calendars and so on)

When printing I simply send the file to the printer. Colours are not bad but not spot on - I have yet to try multiple papers. Before I waste lots of paper and ink I wanted to confirm I have settings correct.

It would be great if you could assign the printer profile in the print dialogue as this changes every time I print - Having to select printer in Print setup, edit color management settings and then go back to print is a bit long winded.

One other little point. When I have printed in Photoline, Picture Window (a 32 bit application) completely loses all its printers - I needed to reboot to solve -any ideas??

Many thanks and I look forward to an extensive trial in the next few weeks. If I can get colour right Photoline looks like a real winner (But the real test of ease of use of complex masks for dodging and burning remains to be undertaken)

Setting a Proof profile is no problem, but you should turn off proofing (View/Proof Mode) on printing.

I don't see anything wrong with your settings.

I don't have any idea. PhotoLine shouldn't be able to influence another application this way. Are you logged in as administrator or as simple user?

I always work as an administrator (Although in Windows 7 that is a big word for what you can do without being bleeted at )

I have tried a couple of other prints and they are virtually identical to what I get when printing the same file from Picture Window - This is a GOOD THING!

Hopefully I will get a bit more time to try out Photoline in the next couple of weeks but I can already see it as being quite useful for osme pictures. However, learning curve is pretty huge!!
