PhotoLine 16.11, both 32 bit and 64 bit in Windows 7:
In PhotoLine, saving an image file to the Windows Desktop, the file icon does not automatically appear. Requires a right-mouse click>Refresh to make the icon appear. Tested with PLD, PSD and JPG formats.

I have seen the same effect with another application (can't remember which one), so this might also be a problem of Win7, at least partly.
