Version 16: Where's "Move without content"?

I was just working on revising some nav buttons for a website when I attempted to lasso part of a layer and move it -- only the lasso shape moves. That's when I noticed that the old "Move Without Content" checkbox was gone. How do I get that functionality back?

BTW, I'm running Photoline 16.54 64bit on Windows 7.

Just use copy (or cut) and paste to create a new layer from the selection, then move that new layer into place. The new layer will behave in the same way as the "filled" selection. There's also a "Convert Selection To Layer" command in the context menu of the document window. If you don't want to work with multiple layers, you can use "Reduce to One Layer" or "Reduce to Background Layer" in the layer menu to merge the new layer into the previous one.
