Poll on Icons

I have a Google+ Circle where I follow comments about photo editing software. One PL user posted information about a poll in the German version of this forum asking users to select one of the two choices below:

I would like to retain the current icon size

I would like larger icons (eg, the mean size as standard size)

Since acquiring a larger 23" HD format monitor, I've been using the largest of the three icon size options now available in PL, and that option works fine with me. If you don't speak German and want to follow the discussion at the above link, I recommend doing a copy all, and pasting into Google Translate.

You mean for the toolbox? I think I use medium size on my Mac 23" monitor, but I can't remember how I set that so I can check!

Edit -> Options -> Usage -> Toolbars

At the bottom of the middle section of the Options window that's now open are two categories of drop-downs related the icons. One gives you a selection of one of four choices affecting the color and shadowing of icons. The second drop-down provides three choices of sizes: Large, Middle and Small.

At least that's how it appears in the English-language Windows version. It's likely a little different on the Mac version, but you should be able to find the necessary place to make that change.

On windows you can also right-click on any tool bar to go to that menu.
