Anchor point

Hi all,

I noticed some inconsistencies on the anchor point of a object or layers, for example. If the anchor point is moved to the center bottom of the layer or vector object and change the Angle (Rotation or Shear) in the Attributes palette, this object deform or rotate with the anchor point as a axis but this doesn´t happens if you change the Scaling and/or Size in the Attributes palette, the same happens with the Position that it not get and update values when the anchor point is changed.
If the command Rotate layer from Layers menu (Alt + S) the rotation is based in the center no matter if the anchor point is changed before and the same happens with Sacle layer from Layers menu (Alt + S).

I don´t know if this is a limitation or something else in the software.
