Minor bug in Simple Browse, PL 17.02, Windows 64 & 32

(My setup: Operating PL full-screen, 1920x1080; Simple Browse opened and closed with custom keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V; Toolbox, Color Select Field and Contrast/Brightness docked against the panels on the right side of the PL window.)

1. When PL is closed with Simple Browse filmstrip turned on and then reopened, Simple Browse covers the Contrast/Brightness toolbar. In this state, the Simple Browse scroll bar slider may be operated with the mouse, moving from extreme left to extreme right to view all of the thumbnails in the folder selected for Simple Browse. The last thumbnail on the right side is shown in full, and the slider remains on the screen when the mouse button is released.

2. Now, close Simple Browse using the custom keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V. Then immediately reopen Simple Browse using the same shortcut keys. The relationship of Simple Browse to the docked toolbars has changed. Simple Browse now ends at the edge of Contrast/Brightness, allowing that toolbar to be displayed. When the Simple Browse scroll bar Slider is pulled with the mouse as far as it will go to the right to reveal the last thumbnail in the folder, the Slider disappears and part of the last thumbnail appears to be hidden underneath the Contrast/Brightness. The Slider will reappear by clicking on the Scroll Bar several time with the left mouse button.
