Actions and Undo questions . . .

Hi all,

Still very impressed with PL -- a few questions . . .

Is there any way to add "Layout -> Document -> Duplicate Document" to an action? Or "File -> Revert To Saved" to an action? They sure would be useful.

In the Undo panel, if there are several undo steps and you select one in the middle and then click the Trash button shouldn't it just delete to the selected step and not erase everything and reset the list to Start? Maybe this could be an option?

Also if you do a "File -> Revert To Saved" shouldn't that be added as an undo step? It sure would be nice if one could step back through a revert.

And finally, shouldn't clicking on the Trash icon, in the Undo panel, be undo-able?

A basic rule with actions is: There are no actions, that are working with with more than one document. So "Duplicate Document" is currently not a candidate for an action, but "Revert To Saved" might be.

Yes, you are right. This should just delete to the selected step.

Thanks for your reply. Your PhotoLine program is pretty amazing already . . . I'm just trying to think of other enhancements you might add.

Too bad Actions can't create a copy -- maybe sometime in the future? It sure would be nice if it worked like layers. So instead of Layer -> Navigation -> Activate . . ., maybe under the Window menu, you could have -> Navigate -> Previous or Next. But maybe Actions run as a child of the current window process. If so, I can see the problem.

Anyway, thanks again for a great app.
