[Feature Req] Store zoom and pan setting in the file

Since PLD file stores currently selected layer, it would be nice if it could store current zoom & window size & pan position. I would recommend making it optional maybe via document prop [X] Store zoom & pan.

The reason behind that request is that I often work with small icon files, i.e. 16x16 (virtual) pixels with zoom > 800% and every time I re-open the file it gets back to 100% which is PITA because it is just to small to work with, so I need to zoom in again and again.

Alternatively we could add an global option to make PhotoLine set the closest power-of-two zoom that makes document view close to given size, for example if the settings is 400 pixels then opening 16x16 pixel file closest power-of-two zoom is 3200% when image is scaled to 512x512 pixels.
