Rectangle Selection fixed

Hi,
Thanks for fixing the function 'Rectangle Selection: Only If Completely Inside', in the Preferences. It was a bit hard to select some objects among many, but now it works again.
And a new Icon too!

OK: when I wanted to select a few items among many, e.g. a larger background, all the items that were 'touched' by the selection rectangle were selected. This made it very difficult to select just a few. But now, only the items that are within the selection rectangle are selected. Works very good for me. It's in the preference menu -> Working -> Special.
It didn't work in the few last versions, but in the latest version (17.54) this works again.
