Distort tool doesn't save settings

Since it's not described in any limitations of trial. I think problem also exists in full release.

For example the Liqufiy works great, when you apply, it adds an adjustment later for later modifications. But in distort tool you had to navigate to layer attributes to see. Ok at least you can see and disable it after but...
When you save the PLD file, exit and open again, the disable option disappears and modification applied to the image permamently.

And just as a note, why not to add liqufy and distort as a sub adjusment layer also?
Currently the layer created on the top of the main layer. After you drag them under it as a sub layer.
