I was thinking over it for a while. After getting support about PL's native format, now completed.
Palette and descriptive caps is attached.
Details
[A] PL's default style to map color is left. Some people loves rounded or hexagon maps but just to remind;
Those type of maps needs to be resized EXACT to display properly. In case of changing dialog size, order of colors runs chaos.
Gray tones (I use too much) moved to begining near B & W
[C] The colors which have name (check lists on wikipedi and some other serious sites) are renamed. Mouse-over displays name if there is. Gray tones named with their density percentage.
Notes:
* Due to nature of PL, if there is a given name for a color, mouse-over just displays name. That's why I also wrote hex values manually.
* And to avoid a mistake in deplacements and adding of colors, all hex values are calculated from scratch with formula.
[D] Main color tone gradients order has changed to let similar tones to follow each other. Somehow I like to work like that.
[E] Skin colors part added to the corner. I was thinking to add about 12 etc. but 8 also pretty got enough. There is no such thing as exact color match in skin, thats why this is just a reference list. How I work is;
I put a small round layer over face with the nearest tone. After, curves or histogram gives me the exact tone. I even tried with palettes with hundred tones but, adjusting is obligated under any case. Just dont bloat yourself ;)
[F] As usual like in PL's native map also, need to be resized in exact size to display properly. The reference color in F field must to match corner.
And a note, sure I didn't do all manually / hand crafted. Nice editors around to deal those CSV like lists ;)
To use it, you can just put in in your "UserSettings" folder. And to get rid of it same, just delete from where you put.

You welcome. I tried something will carry me in most type of designs. If you have any idea please express. Like I was not aware in need of a skin tone need until I tried to make skin tone vector drawings etc. Sure everybody have their own experience to share.

Hi,
Thanks from me, too. It's more than enough standard colours for me.

Re: Alternative color palette for anyone needs to try
Nice work, Evren. I would like to try it, but I presume your instruction to place it in the UserSettings folder is for Windows.
Does anyone know how to add this palette to PL on Mac OS X.6.8?
Cheers, geoff

Normally me no. But check this, maybe helpsgreenmorpher hat geschrieben:Does anyone know how to add this palette to PL on Mac OS X.6.8?
1. Menu > View > Lists > Color List
2. Right click on an empty space on palette
3. Click "load" and browse for the file
4. To delete, same. Just delete the file from it's location.

Just drag it onto the application icon (as you do with document files, too).greenmorpher hat geschrieben:Nice work, Evren. I would like to try it, but I presume your instruction to place it in the UserSettings folder is for Windows.

On Windows you can drag it to any free space of the main window, not onto the document window.
