Text from PDF

When PDF file is imported into PL, it does not see the paragraph as a unit, but separates the text into blocks even a character or two, maybe a word... or text is grouped with a frame.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Is there a solution to this problem?

Select all the text layers and choose "Layout -> Text -> Merge Marked Text Layers". This usually works (merges the layers in the right order) but will (probably) change line and character spacing.
