Organizer

Beitrag von sovereign »

I like, for example, how photoshop elements integrates in the flow its own organizer with the editor.
Features like versioning and stack are very helpful.

Are you aware of any good organizer which integrates well in Photoline ? :D

There are many "organizers" out there. The formal name for them is "Asset Management" or "Digital Asset Management (DAM)". Searching the Web for those phrases will give you quite a few results, ranging in price from free to expensive. You really have to download, install and experiment with their trial versions to determine which one(s) suit your needs. For example, there can be major differences in how programs handle versioning and stacking, category and keyword hierarchies, etc.

Just about all of them allow you to specify external programs to use for opening an image, so that's the PL "integration" feature.

I use IMatch5. Not cheap, but highly capable and customizable.
