Shift+wrap-around

Hi all.

This is my 1st post. I'de like to know if Photoline allows you to wrap around a picture. I mean to shift an image (ie horizontally) where the part that goes out from one side re-appear on the opposite one. As it is possible in Photoshop since the down of time.
