Curve Creation Shortcut

In 19.01 I can't get the keyboard shortcut Shift+V to work for curve creation.

I then tried assigning another command to it Shift+C and that doesn't work either.

Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong ?

Works fine here. Be aware, that it won't work, when a text layer is active - it will write "V".

Thanks for the reply, all is working well now after closing PL and rebooting my computer.

I'll update this thread with more information if it stops working again.
