Makes sense, though - I have been using it for web mockups for a while now, and even though I would love to see a couple of things improved (library items, and the ability to set web export settings for layers/groups), it is a severely underestimated tool for this type of work.
...of course, we should take lists like these with a fairly large grain of salt. Still, many people read CB, and having Photoline listed there ought to bring in some renewed interest.
