Frequency Filter action (Revised)

For anyone using the PL action "Frequency Filter", I've slightly revised it --

• Removed the informational pause at the start.
• Gave the group and layers descriptive names (in English).

The layers now look like this:

N.B.: Remember to add this action to the Actions by using "Merge..." !
