Straighten tool

The instructions tell about it but not where to find it. I can only find it in the automask. Please tell me where it is and how to use it. Thank you

It's grouped with the Crop tool -- hold down the left mouse button to see the context menu and then select the Straighten tool.

Drag a line in the image, and the image will be rotated so that the line becomes either horizontal or vertical.
