The "Computerinsel" Tutorial is available in English and German. The other Tutorials are only available in German at the moment.
Most of the authors read this forum, so let's see if they plan to translate

Thank you, i'd like you translate everything, because PL32 is so different than the other i'm using (Ulead PI), so it's hard for me to enter in its way.

So I think the best starting point for you is to use the really great and extensive built-in help system in English.
It is really helpful and very detailled.
The use the English tutorial available on the PL32 web site.

I guess, that will already help you to get familiar with the usage quite soon.
