This is one of my favorite action. I use it very often...

Multi Vignette.actions

• Make sure that after applying the action, that you choose vector like Circle/Ellipse..

• Look at Tool Setting that everything is chosen as shown in the picture..

• You are able to edit the vector point to make further adjustments or even apply more than just one ellipse.
