Transmit Invalid and attaching image file

Please explain errors " Transmit to forum invalid "

Also how to add image file as attachment ... I did it yesterday but cannot get it today

To insert an image:

[1] open the ATTACHMENTS tab at the bottom
[2] add an image file
[3] after uploading place the cursor in your message where it must be inserted
[4] click PLACE INLINE.

However, images can only be max 128kb file size.

I prefer to use an external image upload service and then use the external image insert option (third icon from the right in the post toolbar). 128kb is often too limited.
