Is there a command that would center align these squares left to right, based on page size/width ?
The grid is .5 inch on letter size sheet.
They would have to move to right .25 inch to be centered.

Re: Alignment
If they are all in a group, then you can try "View > Toolbars > Alignment" with that group. Or use the layer tool Q (the normal arrow), it has all these alignments and more in its tool settings anyways.
In your special case, "View > Toolbars > Guides" It has a button "Align to auto guides". Enable it,select all 3 rectangles and move them roughly to the right location, they will snap at the center.

Re: Alignment
That worked for me Hoogoo, thanks.
Herbert123 the icon you pointed to your image stacks the squares on top each other for me.

Re: Alignment
He put all the squares into a group, and then aligned that group. That way they are all treated like one object, not 3 separate ones.

Re: Alignment
My guess the question was how to auto align/arrange somehow with equal spaces between rectangles and page edges. Guess currently it is impossible with single click. With current tools you can only arrange objects between other objects and align group of objects to center of the document. It is impossible to make same distance between objects and page edges in single click.
Here is another option. You can automatically generate Guides and manually snap each object to center of each guide like this. But in this case space between page edge and object still be not the same as between objects:

Re: Alignment
Also i can recommend always enable "Use Pixel Grid". If "Use Pixel Grid" disabled, align will always use pure center of the layer and in some situations may move layer by half pixel and so it became blurry.

Re: Alignment
I had put a icon on toolbar to "show grid "
I've looked at "pixel grid" but it does not show a grid, so not understanding what the differences are.
If I dbl click on the icon, they both seem to open the same dialog.
Thanks

Re: Alignment
Grid is just a a custom sized grid. You can set the size of that grid in Preferences.
Pixel Grid is a special grid for each pixel.
There are also toggles "Snap To Grid" and "Snap to Pixel Grid". All raster graphic editors usually use Snap to Pixel Grid by default and don't allow movements smaller that pixel size. PhotoLine is a raster and vector editor so it provide you an option Snap to Pixel Grid.
