Creating shortcut for layer visibility?
Is it possible to create a shortcuts for the four "layer states". Something like in the image above?

Not sure if this is possible. But you could create keyboard shortcuts for the menu commands "Show Layer" (which toggles visibility) and "Clip Previous" (which toggles clipping).
