I'm trying to find out if there's a global short cut to repeat action?
In Affinity, it's Ctrl + J. Where you can create a copy and move it, and then press Ctrl + J to do the same step repeatedly. And endlessly.
It would be a great function to include into PL if it does not already exist. I'd love for it to work globally. Basically whatever was the last action, repeat it.
Is there a short to repeat action? If not, can we add one?

Last entry in the filter menu, CTRL+SHIFT+L should do it

Hoogo, repeat last filter is a different tool.
Photoshop also have this repeat feature and it really speedup things in some situations: "To repeat the last transformation in Photoshop, use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+Option+Shift+T. This shortcut repeats the last transformation (move, scale, rotate, etc.) on a new layer." If use Cmd+Shift+T instead of Cmd+Option+Shift+T - it will not create a copy of a layer, and will simply move (or scale, rotate, etc.) same layer to same distance again and again.
