Hello: One of my favourite photoshop blurs which are hard to replicate without a good deal of effort is path blur.

What makes it particularly wonderful is the fact that you can apply multiple different directions of blurs within the same effect. Which makes it quite elegant. I also love the on screen control of the blur paths.
