First check, whether you have set the right directory in
"Options/Extended/Plug-In Filter" and whether the filters are activated.
It's possible to place the modul in the application folder in "Defaults/Plugins" also.
On Windows many filters need the files PLUGIN.DLL and MSVCRT10.DLL. They should reside in the Windows system directory.

Since PhotoLine is available as 64 bit application also, there is a new possible problem with plugins.
It's not possible to use 32 bit plugins with a 64 bit application.
So you have two possible ways to work with your plugins:

- try to get a 64 bit version of your plugins
- make PhotoLine to work in old 32 bit mode
- On Windows, just start the 32 Bit version of PhotoLine, you can find it in the "Start"-Menu
- On Mac OS select the bundle of PhotoLine in Finder, press Cmd-I and setup 32 bit mode
