Geoff, this smartphone app seems to be an adaptation of a feature that has been a part of a couple of PhotoLine competitors through at least the last two versions. There are variations -- to remove an object and leave the same size image or to remove an object and squeeze the size of the image.greenmorpher hat geschrieben:http://www.engadget.com/2012/02/14/scal ... -on-video/

In any case, PL 17 has the "remove object" feature (the variant which replaces part of the image) and also a "liquid rescale" which shrinks the image leaving out unimportant information. I use the former a lot (mostly in the form of the "remove object" brush) when retouching.OldRadioGuy hat geschrieben: Geoff, this smartphone app seems to be an adaptation of a feature that has been a part of a couple of PhotoLine competitors through at least the last two versions. There apparently has been little demand here. Most serious amateur photographers would ascertain the problem or need when shooting and take care of it in the first stage of the workflow.
